WHAT'S INCLUDED:
60 Minutes Discovery Session.
Initial Consultation (up to 2 hours).
Assistance with creating a Legacy Project.
Planning the Vigil, Celebration of Life and/or Funeral, planning how the dying person wishes the last days of life to look like.
Companionship, Client Advocacy and Education about the signs and symptoms of active dying process and imminent death.
After the death, an EOL Doula can assist with phone calls to family, friends, or the funeral home. Includes family grief support up to three months after death.
Access to an End of Life Doula 24/7 during this time.
Grief-After-Loss Support (Three 1-hour coaching sessions + resources)
PRICING: $1500 per month
AVERAGE HOURS PER MONTH: 25 hours
While mileage is included to and from your place of residence, any additional regional travel (for example: doctor visits, shopping, or other events) will be reimbursed, by the client, at the current government set rate per mile
